The Impact of Human Resources Capacity and Policy on Disaster Preparedness

This study aims to describe and determine the effect of human resource capacity, policy, disaster preparedness. uses a quantitative method by taking sample 80 respondents from Luwu Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency using Slovin formula. Sources data were obtained questionnaires interviews. The collected was analyzed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart PLS application. results show that Human Resource Capacity has an on preparedness 0.260 units with t-count value = 4.129 > t table 1.900 P-value 0.000 <0.05. Policies have 0.737 12,183 joint influence Policy is 96.5 percent, while 3.5 percent influenced other variables not observed in this study.
